# CreamSwap预售合作

## CreamSwap预售合作细则：

1. 新项目在奶油Swap进行预售需要至少缴纳60%预售额度的押金；
2. 预售金额30BNB以上，流动性占比60%以上，底池可在CreamSwap或者pancakeswap锁定；
3. 在奶油预售最低要求，需保障不破发，将在押金持续时间后退还；
4. 跑路rug或预留砸盘，在押金持续时间内则全额扣除，如无以上情况，将在持续时间后退还；
5. 对于优秀的计划或方案，并且具备充足的资金支持的项目，我们将给予优先考虑；
6. 项目不可直接以奶油swap新项目等名义宣导项目，可以是在奶油合作方，责任归属需明确；
7. 我们将提供代币列表白名单、预售发射、技术性或资源助力等的帮助；
8. 鉴于之前预售的经验，我们建议第一层白名单尽量是保额参与，第二层可不保额白名单，或公开；
9. 我们建议在方案确认前，详细沟通具体细节，以增加双方经验。
